Good restaurants in Muscat (and affordable!)

Hi!

I'm still quite new here... I've searched around the websites, but I can't seem to get a good handle for good places to go around town - primarily for dinner.

It would be awesome if you could list your top three (and where they are!)... perhaps this could end up being a sticky that would be helpful for all newcomers?

Asian, Indian, Omani, other?
