Gym in Aziba / Ghubra area? (Muscat)

I have been a member of Horizon gym for the last 16 months or so and although cheap and well equipped, the environment has become too tiresome. After about 4pm it becomes full of Omani men who behave as though they are in kindergarten, screaming at the tops of their voices when counting as their friends lift weights. Bizarrely usually in English. Does anyone know of any gyms where it's possible to train without being in an environment akin to a school playground with lots of excitable small boys?
