Difficulties: Grade Protected content very long mountain trek, rocky, partly steep but relatively easy going. The difficulty is within the length of the walk.

• We assume participants to have experienced the character of tracks in Oman and have been on longer walks like W4 (Jabal Shams) or crossed from Misfah to Balad Seet (W9-W8). The group leader will talk to participants before the walk to assure her/his fitness level. It is not a walk for beginners.

Protected content

Please fill in Name, email, mobile no., mobile, if you drive a car and if you have seats free
You will also have to sign a disclaimer before the walk,

Please note: 26 November Protected content the last date for signing up for this walk, OMC will need to organize how many drivers will be needed

Few things to consider:

We would expect you to bring/have enough stamina to walk at Protected content altitude and that you have no known health issues which could give you trouble on such an exercise. As mountain rescue is not established here in Oman, one may be waiting for a long time to get to a hospital.

Looking forward to your participation!
