In case of a traffic accident / God forbid (Muscat)

Hi everyone,

I thought about this question for some time now, and have thought of asking it here, it would be also a question any newly relocated people to this country can benefit from!

My question is, if a traffic accident happened- god forbid- what are the first things that must be done?

The reason i am asking is because the procedure is different in Bahrain for me what i am accustomed to is to first obtain the traffic report and then present it to the insurance company for processing then taking the documents to the body shop for repairs and what not.

Is it similar here as well? Is there something else within the process?
