Japanese language lessons (Muscat)

Hi, this is probably a long shot, but does anybody know of any place teaching Japanese in Muscat? I've tried the Japanese Embassy and they put me in touch with someone, but that person isn't conducting lessons at the moment.
Any other suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
