Looking for a Job in Oman (Muscat)

Good afternoon all !

I am a new French Expat here in Oman and I will probably stay for a year or 2.

I have a question to ask you all. My fiancée wants to join me in Oman and she is thinking about coming here and look for a job once arrived.

She is working in the HR department and can work within different sectors related to HR.

So is it a good idea for her to come here and look for a job while in Oman ? Is it too risky ? Are there any chances she might find a job in a HR position ? What would be the difficulties ? The bottlenecks ?

I am open to every answer, advice tips. We really want to be reunited and live this expat experience together !
