while i was going to Al mabeela yesterday I notice that there a paintball Oman , for the ones who don't know about paintball its like the popular medal of honor game but it playing real not in computer .

Victory is achieved by marking your opponent with a Paintball Gun while trying to complete a set task using teamwork and strategy. Paintball has attracted participants from all walks of life, from doctors and lawyers to business executives and students. It has been proven world wide to be a team building activity.

I Suggest we need to make an interantions activity to paintball in weekend it will be load of fun
