PetroChemical Engineering Jobs (Muscat)

Assalaamu'Alaykum/Salutations:

I hope this finds you all well. My husband is looking for a Petrochemical Engineering job. He is Saudi citizen, while I am American. He recieved his education here in America and is ready to go back to the Middle East/North Africa area. We are currently looking for entry level positions for him.

Is there any? They do not have to be in Oman, but if the position is in Oman or anywhere in the Middle East besides KSA, that would be awesome. Where would we able to find such positions?
