Sports/Health Clubs in Muscat

Hi people! Can anyone suggest a well priced sports/health club in Muscat with a lane swimming pool, tennis courts, a gym and decent changing rooms with access for ladies? I've looked at the Hyatt (too expensive for what's on offer) and the Intercon. (love the two different pools and beach access...expensive also). Help!
