The Most Romantic Restaurant in Muscat?

Hi Guys, something special is coming up and i want to go for a romantic dinner - The problem is that with limited options in Muscat we frequent a lot of good city restaurants (Tomato, Left Bank, La Brasserie)... and with the weather being what it is these days, sea-front or outside options don't seem so appealing ...so any suggestions would be welcome:

My thoughts were:

- The Restaurant at the Chedi (don't know how romantic it would be) - its still within the city?
- The Italian at Shangrilla?
- The Italian at Grand Hyatt (doen't feel too romantic)

.... so i would really appreicate pointers
