How to lead multinational work teams in Japan? (Nagoya)

We would like to draw your attention to the following research project on “Effective Multinational Teamwork in Japan” conducted by the Ludwig-Maximilians University Munich (LMU) and the German Institute for Japanese Studies Tokyo (DIJ).

The project examines key success factors for effective leadership and collaboration in multinational work teams in Japan with an adaptive online survey. The main aim is to identify promising new methods to increase the effectiveness of your multinational teams and develop practical recommendations on how to overcome their inherent challenges.

All relevant findings are shared with participating team leaders by means of a professional management report, and all participants in the greater Tokyo area are invited to join a free post-project workshop to discuss any remaining questions.

For further information, we cordially invite you to contact project coordinators Dr. Julia Backmann ( Protected content ) or Dr. Tobias Soeldner ( Protected content ) in English, German, or Japanese, or to visit the project homepage: Protected content
