advice on applying for permanent redisency (Nairobi)

Hi friends, I am about to play for permanent residence (via Kenyan husband) and would love to connect with anyone who has been through the process.

let me know if you can share ... how long did the process take?
what is the valid tax compliance certificate required?
what is the copy of valid foreigner certificate (Alien card) - is this something i need to get first?
