Any regular visitors to Karura Forest - walk/jog (Nairobi)

Hi all - I have recently moved to Westlands from the UK and keen to continue my running but obviously can't just go for a jog in the evenings like I am used to.

Does anybody here regularly go to Karura Forest at the weekends for walking/jogging? It would be great to find a buddy/buddies to go there and back with even if we go at our own pace once there.

(I'm not driving here yet, one step at a time...!)
