ANYBODY IN KAREN?? (Nairobi)

We just moved to Karen last week. If anybody will be available to anything like church [i went to NPC on Sunday but I wd prefer a more international church to a local English church as Swahili still comes in (no offence but I don't speak/understand Swahili), sometimes accents, esp. when L has to become R at all times], coffee, a glass of wine, kids playing together, culture gossip,jogging (weekends only), just anything... Let me know.
