Bringing our dog (Nairobi)

So we've finally made the decision to move to Mombassa from London and the count down is on!

We are in desperate need of advice re the whole relocation deal and hope that you experienced guys can help. Will post up separately our major issues.

Firstly, we really want to bring with us our dog, she's a Great Dane and weighs 43kgs.

Has anyone any experience of importing a pet, especially one of this size?

What are the steps we need to take? Paperwork? Costs? An agent that can possibly ease the job for us? etc etc

We already now that there is not a big enough airplane to fly her from Nairobi to Mombassa and so would need to transport her by car.
