College searching (Nairobi)

Hello, i am moving to Nairobi in less than a month i am coming for an internship. yet i am planning to continue my studies there in Nairobi. i am 3rd year General management college student and i would like to know how the transferring is like in Kenya and if there is any specific universities recommended plus if i can actually find a job during my stay or not
