health insurance (Nairobi)

I'm sure this has been asked before, but I can't find anything here through the search. I'm looking for health insurance companies that cover repatriation back to your home country and that enable you to take it out if you have already left your home country. I know there are some local ones like AAR and Jubilee and also international ones like BUPA but the BUPA insurance would cost about USD Protected content and Kenyan insurances would cover repatriation only back to Kenya. Maybe that's not expensive compared to others but I don't have anything to compare it against.
