International schools (Nairobi)

I was hoping someone could give me some first hand advice on international elementary schools in Nairobi. We currently posted in Asia and they throw the term "International" around very loosely and very often schools don't meet International standards. I have read ISK, Hillcrest and Brookhouse are good schools but can anyone tell me more especially if they true expat International schools?
I will also be coming with a one yr old and I was wondering if there are any babygroups or playgroups - I'm not interested in creches but more a social group for moms and babes.
Any advice woulod be welcome.
