Job Shadowing for Secondary Students (Nairobi)

Hi everyone!

I work for an organization called Flying Kites, which is a leadership academy and boarding school for orphaned and critically poor children in Kenya. We run a program for our secondary school students called LaunchPad, which provides professional, financial, and life-skills training during school breaks, with the aim of readying them for adult life.

I'm currently in the planning process for our November/December program session and am hoping to organize job shadowing or internship opportunities for a few of our students. Industry doesn't matter so much as long as they can get a bit of experience in an office and learn about what it takes to be a professional. Our students are incredibly bright and would really benefit from a development opportunity of this nature.
