Last few things to get clarity on!!! (Nairobi)

Hi,

Am consideriing a job offer in Nairobi and have done some research on housing, cost of living etc but some of the other factors which I am not getting answers to are:

1. My wife is a finance professional working in the finanical services sector and what are the chances of her getting a job there in a bank etc.

2. I have a 19 month old child, if my wife works then is it safe to leave the child with a maid at home or are there any good creches for children of working parents

3. I have been told that healthcare specially pedatric is not very good. Is that correct?

Would be greatful to get some answers on these because I guess these are now the only contingencies in taking up the job offer.
