LIKE MINDED (Nairobi)

I have the idea of creating a pool of human capital that will provide consultancy service to small and medium size enterprises in Kenya in areas of administration, customer service, business development strategy, ICT , Auditing etc. This is an existing service offered by PWC, KPMG and other Big five who target large corporations and requires a lot of paper work and bureaucracy, the gap exist in this area for the small and medium enterprises who equally needs this services but they either unavailable/ unaware or too expensive to get.
I intend to focus in informal and semi formal sourcing for the business and service delivery if I get a good team to work with.
I have expertise in consultancy ( technical proposal writing, research, business development and administration) .
