Samasource is looking for a highly organized and experienced manager to build and manage our organization’s Kenyan office and oversee all in-country operations. The General Manager East Africa role is a career position (minimum 2 year contract) that will provide strategic direction, execute on Samasource’s vision and act as the organization’s representative in Kenya. Samasource’s continued growth and success is dependent on an astute General Manager who will provide multifaceted field support and will act as our area expert and local representation. Key job components include executing our regional strategy, building and supervising our local office, managing our Service Partner relationships and providing managerial oversight to our Service Partners.
