Make a body (Nairobi)

Hello.
I came to here(Nairobi) from Japan last year's September.
It's first time to live in out of my country(Japan).
I become used to Kenya's life little by little.
Now, I am looking for YOGA school and Dance school.
If you know some school or teacher, please teach me!
I'm living around Westland therefore it is better that the location is near Westland.
