Maternity Care in Nairobi

Hi, I am currently 4months pregnant with my first baby and moving from Ireland to Kenya in a months time to be with my fiancée. I am looking to get feedback on people that have experienced maternity care in Nairobi, which hospital, Gynaecologist, frequency of appointments up to delivery, shared/private room etc.
Also, what was the cost, and were there any extras to pay for like antenatal classes etc.
