Moving to Nairobi with family

Hello, I am Hungarian living abroad as an expat for over 13 years across Asia and now Moscow. We are very likely to move to Nairobi and I would like to find out how life is in Nairobi as an expat.
I consider myself as an open minded, adventurous person, who copes well in different environments and enjoys different cultures. But for me Africa is a very virgin territory, I really have not much experience apart from vacation in Morocco; I would like to know more about day to day safety, healthcare etc in Nairobi. Or any advice I should be aware of would be very much appreciated.
