Music academy for an orphange in Nairobi!

Hi all,

As some of you know, I work for a charity which has various orphanges here in Kenya, the biggest one being Kenya Children's Home which is better known here as Thomas Barnardo House on Langata Rd.

We have a great choir but I want to now start a mini music academy for some of the children at the orphanage to learn instruments and perhaps be taken through grades etc.

We already have a music room with 2 pianos and 2 drum sets but we are still in need of guitars and other instruments.

So just a thought, but if anyone has any old instruments lying around that you dont use or know of any music shops who may have old/second hand instruments - would you think of donating them to our little project?

Secondly, if anyone out there is a music teacher or tutor and might consider giving some of your time to teach some of our orphans music please let me know.
