Pregnancy through the birth of a child is one of the most transformational times in one’s life.
Whether you are new to yoga or have an established practice joining Prenatal Yoga will help you progress through your pregnancy with a sense calm connectedness and will help you to discover the incredible strength that you hold within. Through specialized Prenatal yoga postures, breath-work and meditation you will stretch, open, tone and relax your body, mind and emotions.
Classes are open to all levels, no prior yoga experience necessary. Prenatal classes are appropriate for all stages of pregnancy and for those who are trying to conceive and would like to begin a prenatal practice. Please allow 1 1/2 hours per class. Please wear comfortable clothing; we will practice barefoot. Avoid eating a meal 2 hours prior to practice & wait at least 45 minutes after eating a light snack. It is important to stay hydrated so please bring water. Mats and props are available to borrow. Fee: KSH 800
