Open doors Krav Maga – Self-Defence class to anyone who want to try it.

This coming Saturday 16/04/16 between 17: Protected content pm there will be a special Krav Maga class in Karen

The class will be open to current Krav Maga students ,anyone above 18 years and for children between Protected content who must be accompanied by a parent or guardian

The class will combine students from all branches while also providing an opportunity for non students to come and truly experience Krav Maga.

Come and learn many practical and useful self defense applications that you can use to defend yourself.

Using real world scenarios, we will show you different ways to protect yourself and your loved ones anywhere and at any time ,night or day.

The cost per person is at a onetime amount of Protected content .

All bookings and payment should be made in advance via by Mpesa to Protected content .

You will also be required to bring the following with you
Copy of ID or Passport.
Uniform: sportswear and T-Shirt
A Protected content plastic water bottle.
All student have to come fresh.
