Self defense and personal protection course 1 day (Nairobi)

Hi Folks

Are any of you interested in a 1 day self-defense and personal protection course in Nairobi?

I am looking to run a one day course in Nairobi on Sunday 29th January Protected content sufficient interest). There is space for around 10 students. With a discount for Internations members, so course will only cost Protected content

The course includes:

Practical Self Defence Techniques
Dealing with conflict
Surviving a car jacking
Personal safety awareness
Safety tips for the family and home

The course aims to give participants the confidence to defend themselves during any situation and how to avoid being in that situation to begin with.
