Students Pass (Nairobi)

Hi everyone, I will appreciate any information regarding the obtention of a Student Pass, Is it possible to apply for this pass while I'm in Kenya as a tourist? Also I would like to know if it's possible to get this pass by registering in any institution (british council or other english teaching institution for example) wich one would you recommend To learn english that allow me to get this pass and that is located close to Loresho...
