transferring money to Kenya (Nairobi)

Hi everybody

I'm currently in Kenya and need to give a large amount of money to my new landlord. I have a British bank account which has pretty extortionate charges on using the ATM, so I'm wondering what other ways there may be to transfer the money to my landlord. Apparently some forex bureaus can organise this at a cheaper rate, but I'm not sure which ones. International bank transfers may be another option but could be complicated. Any suggestions?
