Urgent help needed for a brilliant student (Nairobi)

Joseph is a 15 year old form two student who has been out of school for the past term as well this one if no assistance can be found(raising fees totalling to 45,000). He is the first born in a family of four, living in the slum of Kibera. Whatever the mother earns after cleaning people's clothes is only enough food for the family. So far, the mother has been able to raise 3,000 towards his fees. He is an exceptional student and given a chance, he could achieve great heights and perhaps also help others in his community emerge from devastating poverty.
I am making this appeal on his behalf because i am familiar with the family through where i work as a project officer.
