Visas at Airport? (Nairobi)

Can anyone tell me if Americans can still get tourist visas upon arrival at the airport? And for how much longer?

I know they started making e-Visas mandatory last year and then postponed it shortly after. I thought I'd apply online ahead of time for myself and my kids to save time, but after only getting 1 visa application not even completely done, it was obvious to me that I would spend more time applying online than I would waiting in line at the airport, especially since they said they still have to verify all documents upon arrival anyway. And they charge a small fee for processing on top of that.

Also, have they changed the visa application form or requirements? I've been to Kenya several times and don't remember them asking as many detailed questions before. But maybe it's just that I've forgotten?
