Work attire in Kenya (Nairobi)

Hello ladies,

I am moving to Nairobi next week for a few months to work in a business setting. I would like to know what is acceptable wear and what isn't in a workplace. For example, is it acceptable to wear sandals? Heels? Skirt? What about colors? I want to make sure that I'm as culturally aware as possible to make a good impression.
