Work permit for expats (Nairobi)

Hi all

we are moving in April to Kenya. I already have a job, but my wife will soon start looking for one and we were wondering how difficult can it be for her to obtain a work permit in Kenya?

Can this really be a problem? If so, do you have any recommendations? For instance, I heard that some people contact agents that help obtain the work permit, so that finding a job gets easier.
