Accomodation around Napoli (Naples)

Hi!
On the 6th of May I will arrive in Napoli and already tried to find some accommodation around the city but is it just me or did the prices rise extraordinary?
First I wanted to stay for about a monht - now I guess I will just be there for about Protected content . Can anyone of you recommend a nice place to stay outside the city for a fair price?
