Coming to naples October 25 to nov 2 (Naples)

Greetings from Torino, northern Italy. I am coming to Naples for a school break. I am a single teacher new to Italy, but not Internations. I used to be an ambassador in Marrakesh.
I would love to met up for anything while there touring,dinner,events, music etc. If you can reccomend a place to stay, thats good too! I am checking airbnb and booking.com for different places. Do you reccomend center or the beach. How will it be in October?
Anyway, any info is welcome. Hope to meet you when I am there
