Croatian influence in Italy (Naples)

Ciao a tutti!

I'm a student within the European-Studies- Program at the Hague University in Den Haag, Netherlands.

My Classmates and I are organizing a project about the Croatian minority in Italy; due on 19 January Protected content . Our preliminary research is focusing on the influence of Croatian (Molise) migrants in Italy, in the aspect of

*Business (f. e. popular restaurants/bars in the hospitality sector)

*Culture (developed language, integrated food, handcrafts, art etc.) and

*Politics (policies, debates).

I would appreciate ANY information, advice or suggestion as soon as it is related to the influence of Croatian/Molise minority in Italy.
