Living in N'Djamena

Hi All,

My name is Daphne and I'm going to Chad for a while in September. As I am really looking forward to it, I was hoping that some of you could maybe give me an insight on how it is to live in N'Djamena? What are you're experiences? What do you do for fun in your spare time or what are challenges you've encountered? I've found it is quite hard so far to find some reliable information on these matters..

In addition, I am wondering if there are many job opportunities in N'Djamena/Moundou? In the Netherlands I'm a primary school teacher and I'm about to finish my master in International Development Studies. Does anyone know if there are junior positions or internships available at NGO's or in the education sector?
