In this role you will be in charge of the Regeneration P&L in Switzerland in line with the local budget and group vision (matrix organization). You will be directly responsible for the operational management of all business accounts & sourcing partners and the deployment of customer solutions and their evolutions.
•Owner of the P&L objectives of the Regeneration business unit with the support of a small team
•Regular review and optimization of the sourcing and resell of devices based on local market needs and competitors together with the local team
•Set-up and manage the daily operational business and SLA for existing accounts and new customers
•Set-up and manage a portfolio of sourcing and resell channels and partners
•Review and validation of business cases together with the commercial manager and regeneration Director
Sourcing & Project management
•You will be the lead contact for the Sales manager and customer teams on operational needs and requests
•You will manage the portfolio of suppliers, develop new and optimize the processes of the product sourcing
•You will become the expert for the different solutions in place and drive the continuous improvement of the processes and services
•You will accompany the Sales Manager to customers meetings to provide update on projects
•You will coordinate the everyday account needs in interaction with the external suppliers as well as our local and international teams (operations, technical, website, logistics, etc.)

This is a full-time position based in Neuchâtel, the French speaking area of Switzerland. You will be part of a small international team based in different countries with the opportunity to drive strategic projects in a fast moving environment.
