In this internship you will assist the Regeneration Business Manager Switzerland in the following areas:
- Account management (key business retail and operator accounts)
o You will manage the everyday exchanges with the customer team on issues and requests
o You will be responsible for the validation and send out of the monthly activity reports
o You will be the interface with the internal teams (operations, IT, etc.)
o You will manage project plans for the delivery of new functionalities and services
o You will accompany the Business Manager to customers meetings to provide update on projects
- Customer service (business and consumer customers)
o You will become the expert for the different solutions in place and be able to answer all types of customer requests
o You will be asked to develop a specific customer services guide for each project
o You will be asked to participate in the improvement of the customer service processes
- Set-up of new projects & procedures
o You will have the opportunity to set-up and deploy new projects (i.e. a procedure for the management of small business customers, the individual resells of products on market places like e-bay, etc.)
o You will take on diverse translations and proof reading (websites, flyers, press releases, etc.)
o You will follow and update social media content
o You will exchange with communication agencies on different requests
o You will interface with the group communication team
o Interface with the finance department for the issue of invoices, the payment of invoices, etc.
o Plan, organize and verify the inventory of products for resell together with the operation manager
o Manage the cost overview for transport, logistics, etc.
o Organize transport and logistics for the regeneration activity
This is a full-time paid internship based in Neuchâtel, the French speaking area of Switzerland.
You will be part of a small international team with the opportunity to take on quickly interesting projects.
Further you will have the possibility to learn and develop your business, customer and project management skills.
We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic person to contribute to a positive team spirit. You should:
o Be well-structured and reliable, open to take over responsibility
o Be an energetic self-starter ready to work autonomously on projects
o Have the ability to handle a variety of responsibilities simultaneously and to set priorities in order to complete assignments in an efficient, accurate and timely manner
o Be routined in working with MS office, especially Excel as well as with internet and social media
o Be (preferably) a German/Swiss-German native speaker and be fluent in English
o Have a basic level of French or be willing to improve your French level during the internship
o Have a first practical experiences in a company/business environment
o Have experienced working in an international environment and be a team player
