Relocating to Neuchatel (Neuchatel Lake)

Hi all. I will be relocating to Neuchatel from Birmingham England in August with my Husband & 1 year old daughter & I was wondering if there were any English speaking families currently living in the town who would like to meet up? Sorry I can not speak French. I would also really appreciate any information on play groups or a nursery for my daughter. Any advice or new friendships welcome! ?
