We are going to have first yoga class for everyone interested in Yoga and I am really excited about it.
As a trial we will train once a week on Wednesday evenings and later we do it twice a week including Saturday Mornings.
Place: We all meet near the Red church near Maladiere ( Protected content )!
Time: 7:00 PM and Depending on weather we will either move to lake side or Verandah near the old IMT/economics building (Where people used to do Tango last summer).
Few things for beginners: 1) Please bring an Yoga mat to sit and practice. 2) No solid food before/after 30 min but you can have water/tea. 3) Clothing should be warm as we will be outside, comfortable and relaxing.
In first class we plan to have 1hr of Yoga and 30 Min of meditation.
