About PF Rules for Expats (New Delhi)

Why PF rule of India is so not practical? We contribute our hard work and skills here and but then our PF is deducted so much and at the end go to know that we can withdraw our PF at the age of 58 . I find this law very awful and against human right. How could government can capture money of foreign nationals for so many years ? I want to go back to my hometown and want to withdraw my PF savings as im need of money but being restless and cant do anything..Need of help of others expats living in delhi..Wat to do frens ???
