Advice on Agra/ Jaipur trips for a German friend (New Delhi)

Hi There!
My friend from Germany is visiting Delhi next week - and wants to visit Agra and Jaipur as well (day trips).
It is quite likely that she'll travel on her own since I'm not around in town - so I want to get some advice for travel and tour-guides from other expats who may have taken these day trips as well?
How would you do it?
