Deep concern on the "Expat Only" event (New Delhi)

I would like to express deep concern over the event being organized on the 19th December where the definition of expats has been totally distorted. The intent of Internations has been to embed the overseas visitors with the local culture and not segregate them. This is totally against the mandate on which Internations was started.
