Delhi Expat golf (New Delhi)

Living in Bangkok and Manila we had groups of expats and locals keen on golf and were able to arrange outings and competitions at local courses. In Manila there are 3 groups, in Bangkok more than 20!
Clearly golf is not so popular here and there are far fewer courses but is anyone interested in setting up a local expat golf group? Just trying to get ideas of numbers and we can then take it forward if the interest is there.
At worst we mind find a few like-minded folk who want to play golf occasionally
