Expat views on startup business (New Delhi)

Hello Expats, I am running a room rentals, sublets, PG, Flatmates search mobile app called "FlatMate.in".
It started from Noida followed by NCR and recently expanded to Mumbai, Pune, Banglore, Hydrabaad.

Current stats are
1.5 Lakh downloads, Daily Protected content without promotion ( only by putting posts in selected cities). As of now FlatMate.in is self funded and being a self funded startup. I am looking forward for your valuable opinions on
- Whether to expand it to whole India or focus on current cities
- All my competitors have/had received funding. Many of them shut down the business. But we are still in the game
- Whats your advise to make it paid app. A very nominal charges as compared to broker charges.
- Sale of business and exit
- Merger with Indian giants or giants from abroad
