Hi All!

It just so happens that my roommate is moving out October end and am currently looking for a flatmate to share our gorgeous home in New Delhi. We are two female expats looking for a likeminded, stress free individual.

LOCATION - The apartment is in a quiet lane of Hauz Khas, conveniently located a couple of minutes away from the Hauz Khas main market. The market has everything you will need – be it Indian groceries as well as a gourmet store that is well stocked with all European and American products. The community is rather safe and the gates are closed at night. But not to worry the residents and their guests are allowed to enter at all hours. There is security guard who sits right outside our apartment on most nights

TRANSPORTATION - The neighbourhood has great transportation and is 10 minutes walk (through a beautiful park!) from the hauz khas metro station on the yellow line. Auto rickshaws and taxis are available easily as well. Protected content

MORE ABOUT THE APARTMENT - The apartment itself is located on the second floor (topmost floor). It has 3 bedrooms, each with attached bathrooms (and an extra bathroom for guests in the living room). The apartment has been renovated, and fully furnished with recently upholstered furniture. It's clean, modern and clutter free. We have high speed internet and wifi. The kitchen is well equipped with a juicer, mixer grinder, a microwave, utensils, flatware, etc. There is a maid who comes twice a day to clean and cook for us.

MORE ABOUT THE ROOM - The room is the largest in the house. It has an attached bathroom equipped with a geyser (hot water heater). The room has three large closets, a mirror, a double bed, study table with a large bookshelf and some sidetables. The room has an air conditioner that has been serviced every year and works well given the Delhi heat. The rent for the room is 20,000 plus utilities(water, cooking gas, electricity, miscellaneous expenses and maid).

Will be more than happy to answer your questions so feel free to reach out.
