Help me clean up a water body in Delhi (New Delhi)

Dear All,

I am a British, Dutch and Indian Environmental Engineer who has been working on water and sustainable infrastructure here for more than five years now.

I love Delhi but living here shortens my lifespan and I have had enough.

Since the government seems unable to solve these problems I intend to clean up a water body in Delhi using nothing but simple floating structures and wetland plants.

I can do this without the governments support or permission but I cannot do it without yours.
